our process
(what actually happens, step by step)
1. Design consultation. We talk through how your household actually uses the laundry — washing, drying, storage, even a spot for pet gear — and design around it.
2. 3D visualisation. Before anything's manufactured, you'll get a full approval package — 3D renders, plans and elevations — to review and sign off on, including appliance placement and finishes.
3. Precision measure. Our team visits your home (inside the Adelaide metro area) to check-measure the space and confirm your appliance specifications, so everything's documented exactly.
4. Manufacture. Once your final plans are approved, production begins — precision-manufactured locally, with an estimated lead time of around 4–5 weeks. We'll confirm your delivery (and installation, if included) date within 3 business days of processing your order.
5. Delivery and installation. You'll get a clear delivery window the afternoon before your cabinetry arrives. Chosen Cabnt. Complete? Our installers handle it all under your dedicated project manager. Gone Supply Only? Your fully-assembled cabinetry arrives ready for you or your trade to fit, with our video guides on hand.
6. Stone benchtops (if you've chosen them). Once your cabinetry is installed, we arrange the stone measure with our stonemason and coordinate the install — generally around 10–15 business days later.
7. Completion. Once everything's in, your new laundry is ready to use. Need something adjusted down the track? We're just a phone call away.

As a guide, your cabinetry is manufactured in around 4–5 weeks once your final plans are approved, and we'll confirm delivery and installation dates within 3 business days of that. Adding stone benchtops takes roughly another 10–15 business days after installation for the measure and fit. We'll map out your exact timeline as part of your quote.
